The Human Resources Department plays a fundamental role in the company ERS Serviços, being responsible for implementing the organization's Human Resources policy. Recruitment and selection

Recruitment and selection are essential processes within the Human Resources area of ​​a company. They aim to identify and attract the most suitable candidates to fill available vacancies, according to the needs and requirements of the organization.

After the recruitment process, the selection stage begins. At this stage, the candidates' skills, abilities, experiences and characteristics are evaluated to identify those who best fit the vacancy requirements. Selection techniques can vary, including CV analysis, individual or group interviews, psychological tests, group dynamics, technical tests, among other methods.

Quality Inspection Operator

The professional will work on the inspection of products, including machined, forged, stamped parts, assemblies and other elements finished or in processing.

The visual, dimensional, resistance, operational and other characteristics will be checked in accordance with pre-defined quality standards. Additionally, you will be responsible for recording data on compliance and non-conformity identified during the inspection process

Furthermore, the Quality Inspector must have a critical eye and be able to ensure that operations are carried out in accordance with work instructions validated by the client. It involves monitoring, analyzing and discussing the progress of work, verifying compliance with the established program.

Quality Leader

The Quality Leader plays a fundamental role in managing and ensuring quality within the company.

As a leader, the professional distributes, monitors and evaluates the execution of activities, clarifying doubts and managing the resources necessary for the team to perform well. Furthermore, it is responsible for carrying out maintenance when necessary, ensuring the availability and reliability of the services provided.
